2022/23 Re-Enrollment Instructions for EXISTING Families (currently enrolled in 2021/22) Sacred Heart School’s administration and staff are already looking ahead and making plans for the next school year, 2022/23! Please take time now to complete re-enrollment for next year. If your child is not returning, please visit the reenrollment page and choose "will not enroll". To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access your online Family Portal using your existing login. 1. Go to https://factsmgt.com and log into your FACTS Family Portal/ParentsWeb. 2. Once logged in, select Apply/Enroll 3. Select Enrollment/Reenrollment and then “click here to open enrollment”. You will see your student(s) name, grade and packet status. 4. Select Start Enrollment Packet (If you will not be re-enrolling your student(s) then please select Will Not Enroll.) 5. Go through each page in the packet and complete all required information. A lot of your students' information will be automatically filled in. Complete all new and requested information. If you see a YELLOW CAUTION sign on any of the pages, you are missing information. You may go in and out of pages as needed until it is completed. 6. Once all pages in the packet are complete, you must select Enrollment Packet Review 7. To complete and submit your packet, select Complete & Submit. You will be prompted for a bank or credit card. The enrollment fee is $100/student. Any questions, please email Admissions!
