Request More Information 1. Please click here to request more information. New Student Application Process Complete the online Application ($35 non-refundable Application fee). You will be prompted to upload required documents. If you were unable to upload your child’s latest academic records, birth certificates, medical records and baptismal certificates (if applicable), then please email them to Admissions. Once accepted, an email will be sent with instructions on how to start/complete the online Enrollment form. You will be prompted to upload required documents. There is a $50/child non-refundable enrollment fee. Upon submission of this form, your child(s) seat will be confirmed. Create a FACTS Tuition Payment Plan account. In April/May, all families will be sent instructions on setting up a tuition payment plan. Our monthly payment plans are 10 months and begin in July 2021, and end in April 2022. The age eligibility date per each grade is August 31st. Students who are 2.9yrs. entering our Pre-K 3y program will spend 2 years in Pre-K 3y to be on track for entering Kindergarten. For students entering grades 1-4, please contact the office to arrange a date for the student to visit the classroom and meet the teacher prior to beginning school. Acceptance is conditional based upon completing our online Application and Enrollment forms and fees, receiving all updated academic and medical records, and creating a FACTS Tuition payment plan. How to Apply All families may apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. A non-refundable fee of $35 must be submitted with each application. After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
